  • Guiding Mama Bear runs on an all-volunteer staff model funded entirely by community donations, so gifts go directly toward subsidizing chiropractic and holistic care visits for other providers rather than overhead.

  • Low-income individuals, first responders, and perinatal/pediatric patients in Wise, Montague, and Jack Counties who don't otherwise have the means for chiropractic or holistic care. Guiding Mama Bear uses a sliding-scale, cash-pay model, and Medicaid families are automatically placed at the lowest tier.

  • Guiding Mama Bear is based at 117 W Main St, Decatur, TX 76234, and serves Wise, Montague, and Jack Counties in rural North Texas.

  • One-time and monthly recurring donations are accepted through Every.org. Guiding Mama Bear also welcomes volunteers and in-kind support — see the Volunteering page for current needs.
